Body Boarding in Spain is a great water sport that anyone of the family can give a go to! It is simply all about riding the waves on a piece of foam, staying on top of it at all times. Body Boarding is a very basic activity, yet has become very popular in Spain, and all over the world. It is a great recreational activity that anyone can give it a go and enjoy what they achieve. Depending on your body boarding style will play a major part in select a body board. Also your frame and size will determine what size body board you can opt for. Body boarding is similar to surfing in the sense you ride the waves on a board, however body boarding is a lot easier to grasp the hang off over surfing. On a surfboard you are required to stand up, and try to balance while you ride the waves. On a body board you lay down flat eliminating the need to balance and reducing the chances of falling off. You will have a lot more stability and balance in a laying down position, making it perfect of beginners to enjoy the waves.

You might have more success just getting a board and practising, trying to find your own unique style. Before going ahead with this though make sure you are a stronger swimmer. Do not even attempt body boarding if you can not swim or are a weak swimmer.
