Madrid has bull fighting at its very best held every Sunday from April until November at Las Ventas stadium. The bull fights in May are in honor of a saint of Spain.
Madrid has a huge choice of restaurants having at least one restaurant of every type of food. The wine is also very varied in Madrid. White wine and red wine is available both being very good and tasty.
Museums and art galleries are dotted all over the city making it very easy to visit at least one during your stay. World famous painter’s works can be seen in the museums.
Old Madrid is best for walking whether it is hiking or just a nice stroll through a beautiful city. 17th century and 19th century palaces can be seen in the older part of the city.
