As you may imagine with a name such as Monte Mares you are incredibly close to the Sea. A short distance away is the in land lagoon of the Mar Menor; which hosts tranquil shallow seas which maintain a slightly warmer temperature to the waters outside of it, and a plethora of water sports, enough to keep even the most active and adventurous entertained.
Right on your door step are the eye catching gentle waves of the Mediterranean and La Manga club’s very own private beach. A short walk from our villa through the meandering forest track and you will find the Club’s own beach. This small but beautiful cove has a great restaurant for all day snacks and drinks and everything you could ever need for a great day at the beach with friends or family.
The relaxed and peaceful location at Monte mares is what makes it so popular with guests; the atmosphere suggests quiet, seclusion and individuality but you are as close to the centre of the resort with all of its world class sporting facilities as the other larger and busier communities. Amenities are found so close to hand that you could quite happily live without a car during your stays, or all year round if you plan to live in Monte Mares permanently. During the peak seasons there is even a complimentary bus service which will take you all over La Manga Club.
There is a supermarket, boutique shops, fabulous restaurants and one of La Manga’s favourite morning stop offs for a great coffee a pastry and a catch up with friends, the German Bakery is a must for an Al fresco breakfast amongst Monte Mares mature and well maintained landscaped gardens which are said to be some of the best at the Club.
Monte Mares Villas were built in many varying configurations and often to personal specifications. They were built relatively recently at La Manga club and have a traditional Andalucían theme which is sympathetic to the surrounding region but they have every modern luxury you would expect from a high end property of this nature.
