Majority of Brits 'long for Easter getaway' |

 The majority of Brits would like to escape the UK and take a holiday in Spain or elsewhere over the Easter period, it has been revealed.
Research carried out by Holiday Extras found that 35 per cent of people have already booked a trip, while 34 per cent would like to take one.
Of those polled, 53 per cent said they are looking forward to spending some quality time with their family over the long weekend, while 30 per cent admit they are keen to get away from work.
Commenting on the findings, Holiday Extras managing editor Mike Whiting said: "The long Easter weekend is a fantastic opportunity to take a break and relax with family, whether you're on your sofa, the beach or a mountain.

 Families taking flights to Spain over the coming weekend may be interested to learn that Southampton Airport is set to host an Easter egg hunt.
The Easter Bunny will be hiding 100 chocolate treats around the terminal building for youngsters to find while waiting for their plane to depart.
Around 29,000 passengers are due to pass through the airport over the holiday period, representing a 3.6 per cent increase on 2009.

More young adults 'taking holidays in Spain with parents' |

 Young adults are increasingly choosing to take holidays abroad with their parents.
This is according to research carried out by Travelsupermarket.com, which revealed that 24 per cent of people have taken a break at their mother and father's expense since turning 18.
More than a third of respondents said they do it in order to save money.
