According to Euro Weekly News, the attraction will be unveiled next month in the building which used to be home to Torrevieja's local train station.

"The councillor for the environment Jose Eduardo Gil Rebollo has said that the museum will start out as part of the Torrevieja Sea and Salt Museum and will contain the skeletons of many sea creatures which have ended up on the shores of Torrevieja over the past few years," the publication noted.

Visitors will have the opportunity to see preserved creatures including a bottlenose dolphin and pilot whale, as well as some pieces of shark skeleton.
