The menu features a range of tasty Mediterranean dishes, with many prepared using locally-sourced produce.
Some of the foods guests can expect to find on offer include fish and seafood from the Mar Menor, ox-meat from the Sierra de Guardarrama, rice from Calasparra, tomatoes from Mazarroon and cured cheese from Zamora.
Holidaymakers can also sample a range of tasty cheeses and wines produced in the Murcia region.
