The governing body for the sport in Ireland has 80,000 members across 200 clubs and will be promoting the resort to those it represents.
Commenting on the partnership, Des Allen, chief executive of Tennis Ireland, said: "La Manga Club is Europe's premier tennis destination by some margin and the ideal place for us to hold training camps and for our members to visit."
The resort has recently received endorsements from a number of other sporting organisations, including the European Tennis Federation, the English Women's Golf Association and the International Cricket Council.
