La Manga Club has launched a new all-inclusive package for people taking holidays in Spain this summer.

The popular resort is giving guests the opportunity to stay at Las Lomas Village and dine in a number of bars and restaurants across the complex from €160 (£152) per adult per night.

All-inclusive packages, which are available throughout July and August, also include daily Junior Club sessions four children and complimentary access to the spa facility, as well as tennis court rental.

A family of four can holiday at the resort for a week from just €2,280.

Parents 'take term time holidays to save money'

Almost half of British parents have taken their children on a holiday to Spain or elsewhere during school term time, it has been revealed.

Research carried out by Opinion Matters on behalf of Teletext found that 46 per cent of adults have done this in the past.

Of those polled, 17 per cent admitted they lied to their child's school, blaming the absence on illness or that they were delayed in returning to the UK.

More than 88 per cent of respondents said that taking family holidays is important, while 39 per cent claimed they would avoid taking term time breaks if they had more choice.
