La Manga Club offers 'Spain's finest regional produce'

Holidaymakers looking to sample the very best Mediterranean cuisine on offer may wish to visit La Manga Club's Amapola Restaurant, which last month launched its new 'Con denominacion de origen' dining concept.

The new concept centres around souring the very best local produce available, including seafood from the Mar Menor, meat from the Sierra de Guardarrama and Murcian cheese.

Amapola's new menu has been developed by executive chef Nicolas Cedro, who has vast experience and considerable knowledge of the area's culinary traditions.

"Our new menu is extremely exciting. We have sourced the best regional produce and ingredients in the country to develop a gastronomic experience rooted in Spain’s traditional delicacies.

"The menu will be based on seasonal ingredients, meaning that customers can experience an authentic taste of Spain all year round," Mr Cedro explained.

Aside from the Ampola Restaurant, La Manga Club is home to several other top-quality eateries including La Bodega, La Cala and El Bistro.
