Family Restaurants in La Manga Club

La Manga Club in Murcia, Spain is the perfect place to share a family holiday everyone will remember and cherish for years to come. The resort is made up of a 5-star hotel, the Hotel Principe Felipe and various four-star self-catering accommodation options. There is also the option to rent a whole host of villas and apartments outside of the resorts two main accommodation options. So when it comes to a great place to stay, you will be spoilt for choice. When it comes to things to do, there are sporting facilities for all, a spa and a great choice of kids clubs. Evenings wise, even if you have chosen self-catering, there is no real need to go near the kitchen whatsoever if you do not want to. That is because there is a great range of family restaurants in La Manga Club.

The resort offers resort-owned and run restaurants as well as a great choice of privately owned and run restaurants. If you have babies or very small kids, you may be happier to focus your outside eating on lunch rather than dinner. Alternatively, it could be that your kids are at the other end of the scale, where you can all go out together and enjoy a pub meal and some entertainment. For parents with very small children or babies, the poolside restaurant opportunities are the perfect way to combine mum and dad getting some lovely food and the babies or small kids being able to take a nap in their buggy. When it comes to poolside dining, there are three options at La Manga. The first is Sol Y Sombra, the second, Il Pergola and the third, the aptly named Splash. Each of the options offers either snacks, light lunches or the Full Monte, as well as ice creams and drinks all day long. Whats more, you will often find that one or other will have a special running, for example, the likes of paella at a very attractive fixed price.

If your kids are just that little bit older, theyíll probably have the patience (and indeed the interest) to go out to a restaurant, at least a few nights during your stay. In this case, the likes of Luigiís or Uncle Samís American Restaurant are simply perfect. Luigiís, as the name suggests, is the resorts official Italian restaurant. At Luigiís, the whole family can eat their favourites under one roof. Kids might opt for their favourite pizza or pasta, while mum and dad can be a bit more adventurous, choosing from the authentic a la carte options. Thereafter, Uncle Samís American Restaurant is a bit like TGI Friday, but with sun! Focusing on great finger-licking fayre and burgers, the restaurant offers all thatís great about American nosh. Choose from ribs, chicken or burgers, all served up with a smile and a bit of razzmatazz.

Finally, if youíre holidaying with teenagers or grown up kids in tow, there are few of the restaurants at La Manga that wonít suit (unless you have some seriously fussy eaters on board!). For a relaxed, fun evening, you could head to Mulligans on a Thursday where you can eat some great pub grub together and then sing your hearts out to the X-Pat Factor Karaoke. Alternatively, you might decide to treat your older kids to some margaritas and some spicy Mexican fayre at Andale before they head off in search of some entertainment themselves. One thingís for sure. Eating en famille at La Manga Club is simply delicious!

So, itís easy to see that no family will ever go hungry at La Manga, in fact thereís so many options, youíll be wishing youíd booked for two weeks instead of one, three instead of two etcetera and, we havenít even spoken about the special events like the BBQ nights, the beach parties and so on. All thatís left to say is enjoy!
