Nestling at the foot of the pine clad Murcian Hills the El Rancho development of 150 villas sprawls widely across beautiful landscaped gardens. A choice of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villas offers families or groups of friends ideal accommodation conveniently located between its nine swimming pools that also have a separate children's paddling pool.
The 1 and 2 bedroom villas have bedrooms on the ground floor providing cool conditions whilst the upper lounge and dining areas are cooled by the ceiling fans or the gentle breezes that flow through the villas from the first floor terraces. The larger triple story villas have bedrooms on the upper level that can be reached either via an internal or external staircase. | Bellaluz Apartments and Villas |
Ideal for families with young children, these mews-style apartments and villas are built around a central plaza, linked by a network of garden pathways. Ranging from studios to 4 bedrooms with 1 or 2 bathrooms, each property is comfortably furnished and has adequately equipped kitchens. This lively little 'village' contains shops, boutiques, a bank and a pharmacy along with a number of restaurants and bars. Bellaluz also boasts one of the largest swimming pools on the complex which also has a children's section and a poolside bar which is opened during the summer months.
Within a short walk of Bellaluz you'll find access to most of the resorts facilities and entertainment, La Plaza centre and The Tennis Centre are within a 10 minute stroll although access to the golf course or Hotel will take you around 3 minutes by car. |

| Los Altos Villas |
Los Altos villas offer a high standard of accommodation with a choice of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villas conveniently located close to the Tennis and La Plaza Centres. All properties are set on two levels where the ground floor is given to the bedrooms most of which have air-conditioning and bathrooms one of which is en-suite.
Spacious lounge and roof terraces provide the ultimate venue for peaceful sunbathing, a private BBQ or for those just wishing to enjoy the stunning views. However, the elevated position may not be suitable for families with very young children or for the elderly. Other facilities include well equipped kitchens with washing machines, satellite TV and BBQ. Residents at Los Altos 1 have the use of two swimming pools, whilst Los Altos 2 residents have three pools. |

| Los Molinos Villas |
Los Molinos or 'The Windmills' is a truly picturesque development featuring the traditional, white windmills of southern Spain. Wander along the charming garden paths to the central feature of this community, the stunning swimming pool with its waterfall, separate children's pool and poolside bar and restaurant (seasonal).
These 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas, are built on 1, 2 and 3 levels respectively with 3 bedroom properties having a third bedroom often accessible via an external staircase.
