What happens if I have a complaint at La Manga Club
Please report any complaints in the first instance to your on site Management Company, details of which will be included in your Final Confirmation. They are on site and should be able to solve most complaints immediately.
In the event that you have a complaint which for some reason the management cannot rectify during your stay, please put your comments in writing to us on your return to the U. K. to enable us to investigate the complaint. |
