If you decide to pre book your longer stay car parking in advance via the internet you will need to include details regarding your outgoing and inbound flights. This will enable the correct rate to be applied. You will be required to pay in advance via debit card or credit card and you will need to take this payment card with you for when you arrive at the car park. You just enter your payment debit or credit card into the machine at the car park barrier and your entry ticket will be produced.
The long term car park will provide a free courtesy bus to the airport terminal, it is important that take your entry ticket with you and make a note of the car park bay that you have left your car. Some of the larger airports have provide parking for literally 1000s of vehicles and after a 1 or 2 week holiday you may not recall the exact location that you parked your car.
The courtesy buses usually operate on a regular basis on a round robin type basis. The pick up ;points around the car park are usually numbered, so you can make sure you get off at the same spot on your return journey. If you decide to pay at the airport, your ticket will be time stamped and you are usually allowed about 20 to 30 minutes to collect your car from the car park and exit the barrier. |
