Heathrow is a London airport, and depending on where you coming from your need to take different directions (if not using a sat van system). It is easily accessible from the M4 however. If you journey is a long distance drive then you will need to get onto the M25 long before joining the M4.

If you leave the M25 at the same junction (15), you will end up on the M4. Continue until you reach junction 4 and leave, driving until you reach the first roundabout. Use the exit signposted Uxbridge (A408). At the traffic lights keep on the heading towards the A408. You will soon go past a hotel on your left, and then reach a second roundabout. Use the first exit onto Stokley Road. At the next roundabout take the first exit into Park View Road. If you then bear left onto the road then you will see the car parking facility on the left opposite a school.
When you arrive at the car park, use a temporary bay and report to the reception desk. You will be asked for either your booking reference of the confirmation voucher that was sent to you at the time of booking. As for directions, you come off the M25 at the same junction as the other noted car parks, junction 15 and head onto the M4 London bound. Again you will need junction 4 for the A408. Stay in the left lane and bear left onto Holloway Lane. There should be a hotel on your right, continue down the road you turned into and turn right at a mini roundabout. When you arrive at a T junction turn left onto Station Road, with the entrance to car parking compound only about 400 yards on the left.

The procedure to follow is simply just drive to terminal you are flying from. A driver will be waiting for you at the agreed time, however you must have called 30 minutes prior to arrive to confirm that you are going to be there on time.
