If you are coming from the north, and therefore using the M% then leave at junction 18 and follow the signs for the A4. Then use the A38 southbound towards Taunton. You soon will be able to see some airport signs of which if you follow you should reach some traffic lights roughly 2.5 miles down the road. Go straight on at the traffic lights, pass the Fox and Goose Public House on the left, taking the following left after the pub on Dial Lane. Take a left onto Rock Lane (first left) and follow the road to the end. The car parking compound is on the left at the end of the road.
If you are coming from the south, then use the M5 and leave at junction 22. Follow the signs and use the A38 to Bristol. Go past the airport it self of which will be on your left and continue till you pass the Airport Tavern pub and The Wagon and Horses Public house (both on the left) as well as a quarry. You will go down a hill as pass a local farm on your left. Turn left after the farm onto Dial Lane, followed by the first left on to Rock Lane. Continue till the end of the road and the car park is at the bottom of the road on the left.
Coming along the M4 (the east) then exit to the M5. Leaving at junction 18 then follow the direction above from the North M5. If coming from South Wales the follow the M4 leaving at junction 2 onto the new M49 to join the M5 (junction 18a). Then use the A4 and then the A38 and follow the same direction from the M5 North as above too.
The car park offer a courtesy shuttle bus of which is free to use that will take you to and from the airport. This is an on demand service so you will need to request the bus, with the journey lasting about 5 minutes.
